Our move-in cleaning pricing is based primarily on the approximate square footage of the property. Bedrooms and bathrooms help us understand the layout of the home, but square footage determines the base price. This allows us to provide a more accurate and fair estimate for each property, whether it is a small apartment, a condo, a townhouse, or a larger single-family home.

This service is designed for empty or mostly empty properties before moving in or after moving out. The online price is an estimate based on standard move-in or move-out cleaning conditions. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, heavy buildup, excessive trash, grease, dust accumulation, interior windows, hard-to-reach areas, or special cleaning requests.

For properties with severe dirt, construction dust, heavy grease, excessive clutter, or unusual cleaning needs, Deep Cleaning Crew may review the details before confirming the final price and service scope.
