Terms of Service
Deep Cleaning Crew LLC
Last Updated: May 27, 2026
Welcome to Deep Cleaning Crew LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking process, communications, and cleaning services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, approving an estimate, or allowing our team to perform services at your property, you agree to these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Company” refer to Deep Cleaning Crew LLC. “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person, household, property owner, tenant, property manager, business, or authorized representative requesting or receiving our services.
1. Our Services
Deep Cleaning Crew LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Regular Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaning
- Commercial / Office Cleaning
- Add-on services when agreed in writing
The exact scope of each service depends on the service type selected, the property condition, the information provided by the Client, and any written agreement, estimate, invoice, or service checklist shared before the appointment.
2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing
All prices provided before an in-person evaluation are estimates based on the information available at the time, including property size, number of rooms and bathrooms, service type, condition of the property, and requested tasks.
Final pricing may change if:
- The property is larger than described.
- The condition is heavier than expected.
- There is excessive dirt, grease, dust, pet hair, trash, clutter, dishes, construction residue, mold-like buildup, nicotine residue, or other unusual conditions.
- Additional tasks are requested before or during the service.
- The Client requests areas or items not included in the original scope.
- Access issues, delays, or interruptions increase service time.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing before starting the service if the actual condition or scope differs from what was originally described. If the Client does not approve the adjustment, we may decline or reschedule the service.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when we have received the required information and, when applicable, any required deposit or written approval.
We may request:
- Full name
- Service address
- Phone number and email
- Service type
- Property details
- Access instructions
- Parking information
- Gate codes or building entry instructions
- Photos or videos of the property when necessary
- Approval of the service agreement or estimate
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information before the service date.
4. Access to the Property
The Client must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If our team cannot access the property due to missing keys, incorrect gate codes, lack of authorization, building restrictions, parking issues, or no one being available, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
If our team is delayed because access instructions were incomplete or incorrect, additional charges may apply.
5. Client Responsibilities Before Service
To help us provide the best result, the Client agrees to:
- Remove excessive clutter from surfaces and floors when possible.
- Secure valuables, fragile items, important documents, jewelry, cash, medications, and personal items.
- Secure pets before our arrival.
- Inform us of delicate surfaces, damaged areas, special materials, or items requiring special care.
- Inform us of any known safety concerns, pests, mold, biohazards, leaks, broken fixtures, unstable furniture, or electrical issues.
- Provide running water, electricity, air conditioning or ventilation when needed, and access to necessary areas.
We are not responsible for items that were not secured or disclosed before service.
6. Scope of Service
Our services include only the tasks agreed upon in writing, listed in the selected service package, invoice, estimate, checklist, or service agreement.
Unless specifically included in writing, our standard services do not include:
- Washing dishes, pots, or pans
- Laundry
- Organizing personal belongings
- Decluttering
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning inside appliances
- Cleaning inside cabinets or closets
- Cleaning interior or exterior windows
- Cleaning walls
- Cleaning high ceilings or unreachable areas
- Biohazard cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Pest infestation cleanup
- Hoarding cleanup
- Heavy trash removal
- Carpet shampooing
- Grout restoration
- Pressure washing
- Outdoor areas
- Lifting items over a safe weight limit
These services may be available as add-ons only if approved in advance.
7. Dishes, Pots, Pans, and Excessive Accumulation
Dishwashing is not included in our standard cleaning services unless agreed in writing.
If the sink or counters are filled with dishes, pots, pans, food containers, or excessive kitchen accumulation, our team may:
- Clean around those items when possible.
- Move only light items if safe to do so.
- Request approval for an additional charge.
- Skip the area if the accumulation prevents proper cleaning.
Additional charges may apply when excessive dishes, trash, clutter, grease, or buildup require extra time beyond the original scope.
8. Time-Based Services
For services booked by the hour, the Client is paying for a specific amount of labor time, not for a guaranteed completion of the entire property.
Our team will work according to the Client’s priorities and the condition of the home. If the requested tasks require more time than booked, the Client may approve additional time if our schedule allows. If additional time is not approved or available, remaining tasks may be left incomplete.
9. Deep Cleaning, Move-Out, and Post-Construction Conditions
Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning may require additional time, specialized products, repeated passes, or follow-up cleaning due to the level of buildup, dust, residue, or property condition.
Post-construction dust may continue to settle after the service. While we make every reasonable effort to remove dust and residue, we cannot guarantee that no dust will reappear after the cleaning is completed.
10. Health and Safety Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service if our team encounters unsafe or unsanitary conditions, including but not limited to:
- Mold or suspected mold
- Human or animal waste
- Blood or bodily fluids
- Pest infestation
- Strong chemical exposure
- Hazardous materials
- Needles or sharp objects
- Structural hazards
- No electricity or water
- Extreme heat without ventilation
- Aggressive pets
- Unsafe neighborhood or building conditions
If a service is cancelled or stopped due to unsafe conditions, fees may still apply for travel, time spent, or partial work completed.
11. Pets
We are pet-friendly, but all pets must be secured before and during the service.
We are not responsible for pets escaping, hiding, becoming stressed, or interfering with the cleaning process. If a pet becomes aggressive or prevents our team from working safely, we may stop or reschedule the service, and fees may apply.
12. Fragile Items, Valuables, and Pre-Existing Damage
The Client must secure fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items before our arrival.
We are not responsible for:
- Items that were already broken, loose, unstable, or improperly installed.
- Wear and tear.
- Scratches, stains, discoloration, rust, corrosion, or damage caused by age or previous cleaning attempts.
- Damage caused by defective surfaces, fixtures, appliances, furniture, flooring, or grout.
- Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care.
If there is known damage or a delicate surface, the Client must inform us before service begins.
13. Damage Claims
If the Client believes damage occurred during service, the Client must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion and provide photos or videos.
We reserve the right to inspect the claimed damage, request additional information, and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
We are not responsible for claims submitted after 24 hours, claims without supporting evidence, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or fragile/deteriorated surfaces.
14. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with an area included in the agreed scope of service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion and provide photos or a clear explanation.
When appropriate, we may offer a touch-up or re-clean of the specific area at no additional cost.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:
- Areas not included in the original scope.
- Requests made after 24 hours.
- Permanent stains, rust, hard water damage, mold, discoloration, damaged surfaces, or buildup that cannot be fully removed with standard cleaning.
- Conditions caused after our team has left the property.
- Services limited by time, access, safety, clutter, or client restrictions.
Refunds are not guaranteed. A re-clean or touch-up is our preferred resolution when applicable.
15. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. However, because we reserve time, staff, and travel for each appointment, cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations, lockouts, denied access, or failure to provide necessary access information may be charged up to the full minimum service fee or another amount stated in the estimate, invoice, or agreement.
16. Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable if the Client cancels with short notice, fails to provide access, changes the service date without proper notice, or cancels after we have reserved the team and schedule.
Deposit terms will be communicated before booking when applicable.
17. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, bank transfer, cash, credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
Invoices not paid on time may be subject to late fees, collection efforts, or suspension of future services.
The Client agrees to pay all approved charges, including service fees, add-ons, cancellation fees, late fees, and any applicable taxes or processing fees.
18. Credit Card and Processing Fees
If a credit card processing fee or surcharge applies, it will be disclosed before payment whenever required.
Credit card processing fees are used to cover transaction costs and are not intended as a penalty. Debit card rules may differ from credit card rules, and we reserve the right to update our payment policies to comply with applicable laws, card network rules, and processor requirements.
19. Recurring Services
Recurring services may be offered weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on another agreed schedule.
Recurring pricing is based on maintaining the property under normal conditions. If the property condition changes significantly, if appointments are skipped, or if additional work is required, pricing may be adjusted.
We reserve the right to update recurring service pricing with notice to the Client.
20. Use of Photos and Videos
We may take before-and-after photos or videos for documentation, quality control, training, proof of service, and marketing purposes.
We will not intentionally disclose private personal information, addresses, family photos, documents, or identifying details.
If the Client does not want photos or videos used for marketing, the Client must notify us in writing before the service.
21. Products, Equipment, and Surfaces
We provide professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
If the Client requests that we use Client-provided products or equipment, the Client accepts responsibility for the results, including any damage, residue, odor, discoloration, or reduced cleaning performance caused by those products or equipment.
We do not guarantee results on surfaces that are damaged, aged, porous, stained, improperly sealed, previously treated with unknown chemicals, or not maintained according to manufacturer instructions.
22. Limitations of Service
Cleaning improves the condition and appearance of a property, but it does not restore damaged, aged, stained, or deteriorated surfaces to new condition.
We do not guarantee removal of:
- Permanent stains
- Rust
- Hard water etching
- Mold stains
- Grout discoloration
- Paint overspray
- Construction defects
- Scratches
- Burn marks
- Deep grease damage
- Odors embedded in surfaces
- Pet urine damage
- Nicotine staining
Additional specialized services may be required.
23. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, non-payment, disrespectful conduct, harassment, unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, unreasonable expectations, or any other reason permitted by law.
Our team members must be treated respectfully. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated.

27. Personal Information and Privacy

Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
29. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deep Cleaning Crew LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
