All Areas

• Thorough dusting of all surfaces, including furniture tops, picture frames, mirrors, ceiling fans, vents, blinds, and baseboards.
• Remove cobwebs.
• Cleaning of doors, including handles and light switch plates (disinfected).
• Cleaning behind and underneath furniture and sofas (moving furniture except for very heavy pieces).
• Vacuum and mop all floors.
• Remove all trash and recyclables, ensuring the property is free of small forgotten items.

Bedrooms

• Dust and polish all furniture.
• Vacuum carpets, including under beds.
• Vacuum and mop floors (if non-carpet).
• Wipe down closet shelves and cabinets (interior and exterior surfaces).

   

Kitchen

• Clean and disinfect countertops.
• Wipe down cabinet doors.
• Deep clean and disinfect sinks and faucets.
• Deep clean and disinfect the microwave (inside and out).
• Deep clean, disinfect, and shine the range stove (top and exterior).
• Clean inside the range hood (filters and grille).
• Clean, disinfect, and shine the outside of the dishwasher.
• Clean and disinfect the kitchen table.
• Vacuum and mop floors.

Bathrooms
